Privacy Policy

How the site handles 3D files and other information when you use its tools.

Last updated: October 11, 2026

1. What this policy covers

This policy describes the 3dtools.online website, its browser-based 3D/CAD tools and its support correspondence. It reflects the site as of the last updated date; any new analytics, advertising or account features require this notice to be reviewed and updated.

2. Model files and local processing

When you select a file for a viewer, converter, repair or creation tool, the application processes the file in your browser using local JavaScript, WebAssembly and web workers. The current site does not intentionally upload your model file to our servers for conversion or store uploaded models in a site database. Results are generated for local download.

File contents, previews and temporary download URLs may remain in browser memory while a tool is open. Close or reload the page to end that session. Do not assume this protects information from malicious browser extensions or someone who has access to your device.

3. Information collected when you visit

Like other hosted websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request data such as IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, user-agent information and diagnostic or security logs to deliver and protect the site. We do not receive model file contents through these ordinary page requests. Provider retention and security practices may apply.

The current version has no visitor account or built-in contact form and does not intentionally install third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the new processing is introduced.

4. Emails you send

If you email contatc@3dtools.online, we receive the sender address and any personal information or attachments you choose to include. We use correspondence to answer questions, resolve issues and handle requests, and may retain it as needed for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Your email provider and our email service provider also handle messages under their own policies.

5. Cookies and possible future advertising

There are no intentionally deployed on-site advertising or analytics cookies in the current application. Hosting or security services and browser functions may nevertheless use technical storage. Our Cookie Policy explains this distinction.

If Google AdSense or other advertising is enabled in the future, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve advertising based on visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalized ads at Google Ads Settings or learn about participating vendors' opt-outs at YourAdChoices. Advertising partners and any legally required consent options will be disclosed when advertising is actually introduced.

6. Sharing, security and retention

We do not operate a market for your model files or sell model uploads. Hosting providers may process access data, and email providers may process the messages you send. No internet service can promise absolute security. We keep information only as needed for site operations, responses and applicable obligations, subject to the practices of the providers involved.

7. Your choices and contact

You can avoid sending personal information by using the on-device tools without emailing us. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request information, correction or deletion of personal data we hold. Send your request to contatc@3dtools.online; we may need to verify that a request concerns your information.

We may revise this policy when services or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top will indicate the current version.
